How did we do it?

For the Matrix Biolage Reinvention Tour, we were asked for an exciting alternative to a standard screen surround.

After researching different products, we chose Color Kinetics' iColor Tiles. Using LED technology, these 2' x 2' tiles have the ability to change colors, project logos and run movies.

The tiles are a lighting instrument intended primarily for permanent architectural use so we were faced with the challenge of learning about a new product and making it road worthy.

The final result: three screen surrounds, comprised of 76 tiles, a laptop, and a tremendous bonding experience.
